Indian markets plunged on Thursday as RBI policy tightening, persistent FII selling, rising bond yields and rupee weakness battered sentiment. The Nifty hit a 52-week low of 22,179, while the Sensex fell 1,045 points, wiping out over Rs 10 lakh crore.
