Anthem Biosciences block deal: Portsmouth Technologies sells 30 lakh shares worth Rs 250 crore ↗

ANTHEM Anthem Biosciences Limited

Portsmouth Technologies LLC executed a block deal selling 30 lakh shares of Anthem Biosciences on October 9. The shares were sold at Rs 833 each, totaling Rs 249.90 crore. Following this transaction, Portsmouth's estimated stake in the company would decrease significantly. Anthem Biosciences reported a decline in total income and profit after tax for the first quarter of FY27.
